Shipping: We ship everything on 1 day handling as fast as possible and
ship on the majority of Saturdays. If bought locally, feel free to
send us a message and we will be happy to hand deliver.
Items that get lost by any of the 3 major postal carriers must wait at
least 15-days from the day of shipment before receiving a lost item
Returns: We offer free returns to any product that was damaged during
shipping or did not match our listing description. We DO NOT accept
returns for buyer’s remorse or any opened or used items consumable. If
returned opened and used, there will be a deduction on your refund.
All opened returns must be accompanied by pictures or video of the
listing mistake or shipping damage. We DO NOT accept returns for
items that were damaged in your mailbox or on your porch due to
seasonal weather conditions.
Free return shipping will not be provided for buyer’s remorse or
changed my mind returns.
It is your responsibility to read the description, title and check the
photo. We will not pay for any return shipping for failure to read
any of the listing info. If you are unsure about any aspect of the
