We have removed all tiny candy and gum pieces from the sets so every item in your box is appreciated. There are no duplicate items in the sets (except for varying flavors) We have also removed all fish based and tasting items from the range as we know they are not popular with most of our buyers and increased the percentage of sweet items (more sweet, less savory).

An english instruction and information pamphlet will also be added to the small, medium and large sets starting in August 19 (to be updated soon)

Best Before Dates: The best before dates on Japanese items are order of year-month-day so -8-16 would be August 16th . All items have at least 2-3 months before their best before dates.

Candy Availability: Although every effort is made to keep the contents of the boxes exactly as listed, some items may be unavailable at times and need to be swapped for similar items or others of at least the same value as the missing item.

Shipping:

• Over 90% of orders are shipped the same or next business day. We will contact you via ebay messages if there are going to be any delays
• We offer FREE Airmail on all purchases* (not the slower surface mail like our competitors 😉

Late Arrivals:

We guarantee our service so if for some reason your order does not arrive we will send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on your wishes. We do however ask that you please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive (3½-4 weeks for places other than Central and South America)

Customs Charges:

Customs and import duites vary from country to country and are the responsibilty of the buyer. We mark all items at $10 to keep customs charges as low as possible for our customers.

Returns Due to Change of Mind:

• We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items except for food items due to health and safety issues.
• If returning an item due to change of mind it must be unopened and and undamaged
• Postage for itmes returned due to change of mind are to be paid by the buyer

Faultly, Damaged & Items not as described – 

• Please let us know as soon as possible via ebay messages along with a picture of the item or problem area.
